Advanced Internship Program Batch of Fall 2023 at Banglalink Digital

After completing my graduation, I had the incredible opportunity to be an intern in the NSM department at Banglalink Digital, one of the leading telecom companies in Bangladesh. This experience was more than just a stepping stone—it was a deep dive into a dynamic corporate environment that challenged and shaped me in ways I hadn’t anticipated.

Our internship program consisted of 40 interns from various departments, each of us bringing diverse perspectives and aspirations to the table. The vibrant and collaborative nature of our group made the journey even more enriching. From the very first day, we were welcomed with open arms, guided by experienced professionals, and given tasks that tested our problem-solving skills and adaptability.

The NSM (Network & Service Management) department played a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. As an intern, I was exposed to complex network infrastructures, real-time data analytics, and troubleshooting processes that kept Banglalink running smoothly. Learning how telecom networks function at an advanced level was both fascinating and rewarding.

Beyond technical knowledge, the internship helped me grow professionally. We attended insightful workshops, networked with industry experts, and collaborated on projects that required critical thinking and teamwork. One of the most memorable aspects was working alongside interns from different departments—finance, marketing, HR, and IT. Our diverse backgrounds fostered a spirit of mutual learning and innovation, reminding us how interconnected the different branches of a corporation truly are.
